Standard Cancellation Terms
- 30+ Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a small administrative fee (5% of total booking) to cover bank charges and processing.
- 15 to 29 Days Before Departure: 75% refund of the total tour price.
- 7 to 14 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total tour price.
- Less than 7 Days / No Show: No refund is possible as park fees, vehicle logistics, and accommodation have already been fully committed.
Flexible Rescheduling We understand that plans change. If you need to postpone your trip, we offer one free date change (subject to seasonal price differences) if requested at least 14 days before your original start date.
Important Notes
- Third-Party Costs: Please note that certain luxury lodges or internal flight tickets may have stricter non-refundable policies dictated by the specific provider.
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected emergencies or medical cancellations.
- Refund Processing: All approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
